OvisLink has branch office in 10 different countries to service our customers.
Warranty:
Most of the products come with one year manufacture warranty. Refurbished products come with 30 days warranty. To return a deffective product for repare, please download the RMA form and fax to: 626-854-0835. Our Service department will contact you with a RMA number. Then you can ship the product back with the RMA number on top of the shipping box.
Return Policy:
We accept only brand new merchandise in original packing. Return for credit and exchange must be made in 15 days from the invoice date. After 15 days, within 30 days, it will be 15% restocking fee charged. We don't accept return over days from the invoice day. All return must have valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping charge will not be credit back to customers. Returning freight charges are customer's cost. Any return shipment with freight collect will not be accepted. Any compatibility issue between our products and products purchased from another vendor are customer's responsibility.
Shipping:
Order normally shipped on next business day. Will ship to any country. The real time shipping calculation is UPS since the system only connects with UPS. However, we will ship via FedEx.
