Physical damage, devices damaged from customer loaded firmware, software or drivers, llightning, flood, fire, electrical, water and other "acts of god" are not are not covered by warranty policy. If the defictive product cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for the same model. If the model is unavialable or disocntinued, it will be replaced with a similer model has the function you need. If a suitable model cannot be located a credit will be applied to your account. To send product back for warranty, please find RMA porcedure below.

Product in brand new condition and in manufacturer packaging can be return within 15 days of delivery. Shipping charge and Amazon fee will not be refunded. RMA Procedure:
- Email to sales@ovislink.com tell us the reason for return. Order ID, product MAC address or serial number should be included on the email.
- We'll issue a RMA number and address to ship.
- Ship us the product. RMA number must be printed on the return shipping label.
- Once we received te shipment, we'll check the product and decide to repair, exchange or refund. If decided for refund, a check should be mailed out within 2 weeks.
