* All orders received by 2:00pm Pacific Time normally ship on the same business day.
* All orders shipped from Southern California.
- 1st Class Mail - 1st class mail shipping method is available for products less than 13 ounces.
- UPS Ground - Ship via FedEx Ground.
- UPS 3 Day Select (should receive by the 3rd day, shipping day not included) - Ship via FedEx Express Saver.
- UPS 2nd Air (should receive in 2 days, shipping day not included) - FedEx 2days or Priority Mail Express, depend on the total weight of the order and the ship to location.
- UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. (Commercial Only. Should receive in 2 days at Morning) - Ship via FedEx 2Days A.M.
- UPS Next day Air Saver (should receive the next day of the shipping day) - FedEx Standard Overnight or Prirority Mail Express, depend on the total weight of the order and the ship to location.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver (should receive Next day by 3pm) - Ship via FedEx Standard Overnight.
- UPS Next Day Air (should receive Next day by 10:30am) - Ship via FedEx Priority Overnight.
- UPS Next Day Air Early A.M. (should receive Next day by 8:00am) - Ship via FedEx First Overnight.
- 9% sales tax will be added on to the orders for California customers.
- No sales tax will be added on to customers in states other then California.
- All the charges will be displayed, included sales tax before you confirm the order.

Warranty and Return Policy:
All the products sold on this store come with one year limited warranty (except refurbished products). Defective products can be returned for repair within one year. Physical damage, devices damaged from customer loaded firmware, software or drivers, lightning, flood, fire, electrical, water and other "acts of god" are not covered by warranty policy. If a defective product cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for the same model. If the model is unavailable or discontinued, it will be replaced with a similar model has the function you need. If a suitable model cannot be located, a credit will be applied to your account. To send any product back for warranty, please find RMA procedures below.
New in the box return for refund or exchange:
Product in brand new condition and in manufacturer packaging can be return within 15 days of delivery. Shipping charge and Amazon fee will not be refunded. All the return must be authorized before shipped back. Refund checks would normally be mailed out in 2 weeks after returned products received. To return any product, please find RMA procedures below.
Products are not eligible for return:
- Non-defective product removed from manufacturer packing.
- Products damaged from lightning, flood, fire, electrical, water and other "acts of god" are not returnable.
- Physical damage.
- Product is not return within 30 days
- Email to email@example.com and tell us the reason for the return. Order ID, product MAC address or serial number should be included on the email.
- We'll issue a RMA number and address to ship.
- Ship us the product. RMA number must be printed on the return shipping label.
- Once we received the shipment, we'll check the product and decide to repair, exchange or refund. If decided for refund, a check should be mailed out within 2 weeks.
*** Any return, included return for repair (under warranty), return for exchange and refund must be authorized by OvisLink. Return shipments without RMA number will not be processed.
