  • How do I know what headset jack does my telephone has?

    There are normally two kind of headset jacks for desktop phones in North America, RJ9 and 2.5mm.

  • Do I need to purchase additional parts in order to use an OvisLink Call Center Headset with my telephone?

    No, OvisLink Cell Center Headset is designed to connect directly to the headset jack of your telephone. No driver, amplifier, or dialer is needed to operate. Once you have the correct model of headset for your telephone, you may simply plug the headset’s connector into your telephone’s headset port and start using it.

  • How do I use an OvisLink Call Center Headset?

    You simply need to insert the connector into the headset port of a compatible telephone. To use the headset, press the “headset” button on the phone. You should hear a dial tone and be able to make a call. When there is an incoming call, press the headset button to pick up the call. (For models of telephones such as some NEC phones that do not have headset buttons, please follow you telephone user manual on how to program a headset button for your telephone.)   • I connected an OvisLink Call Center Headset to my telephone’s headset port. I can hear a dial tone after I press the headset button on my telephone. During a call, I can hear the other party, but the other party cannot hear me. Is the headset’s microphone defective?

    Most likely the headset is not compatible with the telephone you are using. Please check the telephone compatibility list on top of this page and make sure that it’s the correct headset model for your telephone. If it’s not compatible, please contact us at Sales@OvisLink.com for an exchange to a correct headset model.

  • I connected an OvisLink Call Center Headset to my telephone’s headset port. After I press the headset button, I cannot hear a dial tone. Do I have a defective headset?

    Most likely the headset is not compatible with the telephone you are using. Please check the telephone compatibility list on top of this page and make sure that it’s the correct headset model for your telephone. If it’s not compatible, please contact us at Sales@OvisLink.com for an exchange to a correct headset model.

  • Which headset model should I choose for Grandstream GXP2000 IP phone?

    Grandstream GXP 2000 has a 2.5mm headset jack. You may use OvisLink Call Center Headset OVHS072-25 (single ear) or OVHS084-25 (dual ear). To use the headset, you press the “speaker” button on GXP2000 and make a call. There will be no speaker phone function when the 2.5mm headset jack is connected. If you wish to have both the headset and speaker phone functions at the same time, you may use OvisLink Call Center Headset OVHS072-P6 (single ear) or OVHS084-P6 (dual ear). These two headset models come with RJ22 connectors. You may unplug the handset from the telephone’s handset port and connect the headset to the same port. To make a phone call or answer a call, put on your headset and lift up the handset. In this way, you will have both the headset and speaker phone functions at the same time.

  • What’s your shipping policy?

    Orders confirmed by 2:00pm Pacific Time normally are processed and shipped out on the same business day. Shipping methods include USPS and FedEx. First Class Mail shipping method is available for items less than 13 ounces.

  • How long is my OvisLink Call Center Headset covered by OvisLink’s warranty?

    OvisLink’s Limited Warranty covers your OvisLink Call Center Headset against failures due to defective parts or faulty workmanship for one year. Warranty service for eligible repairs or exchanges is available at no charge for parts and labor for 12 months from the date of original purchase. Please keep your original sales receipt as you may need it for warranty validation.

  • What kinds of activities are not covered by OvisLink’s warranty?

    1. The warranty does not cover shipping costs incurred when you ship the items to us for repairs or exchanges.
    2. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.
    3. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, theft, abuse, misuse or improper care.
    4. This warranty will be void if the product shows any signs of tampering, unauthorized service, or modifications.


  • Who do I contact to get warranty service?

    Please send an email to Sales@OvisLink.com and tell us the problem. We will try our best to solve your problem in a fast and professional manner. For repair or exchange, an RMA number will be issued and instructions will be provided to you for warranty service.

  • How do I return an item for credit if I no longer needed it?

    Please send an email to Sales@OvisLink.com and tell us the reason for the return. All returns for credit must be made within 15 days from the invoice date. After 15 days, there will be a 15% restocking fee deduction. We do not accept returns for credit over 30 days from the invoice date. All returned merchandises must be in brand new condition and come with original packaging.
